On the border of the hills from the Veluwe and the Valley of the Ijssel in a town called The Steeg,castle Middachten was build in the 14th century. In the year 1672 it was destroyed by the France. Gardens: Sundays untill Thursdays free walking from 15 th of May Till 15th of september.
